Ann Budge, the owner of Hearts was interviewed by David Tanner at Tynecastle this week in front of an audience of Edinburgh Chamber members. The main topic was the process of planning and building the new stand at Tynecastle and the consultation and involvement of supporters, local residents and businesses.
